  • Fights that include resurrections (against Sylargh for instance) now work correctly (in some cases they could abnormally freeze and it wouldn't be possible to end them).
  • Changing appearances during a fight (Masqueraider masks, Pandawa's Boozer spell) work correctly when mount display is deactivated.
  • During a fight, the state icons are correctly removed when the states are temporarily deactivated (like with the Royal Mastogob, for example) and reappear correctly when the states are reactivated.
  • During a fight, if an entity has several state icons and one of them is removed, the placement of the other state icons is correctly refreshed.
  • The e-reader available in the Haven Bag now opens books at the last read page.

HAVEN BAGS:

  • In another character's Haven Bag, the Haven Bag management contextual menu now has the correct number of available rooms.
  • In a Haven Bag, selecting the theme that is already applied to the current room no longer triggers a freeze of the character.
  • The lottery available in the Haven Bags is no longer available to unsubscribed accounts.
  • Haven Bags work correctly with the browser version of DOFUS.
  • Expelling an already disconnected character from one's Haven Bag no longer triggers a disconnection.

XELOR:

  • When the Haziness spell is cast by two Xelors from opposing teams, the effects of the second Haziness no longer abnormally replace the effects of the first Haziness.

MONSTERS:

  • Queen of Thieves: the Bonbombs' invulnerability icon is no longer displayed in order to not disrupt the visibility of the fights.
  • Protoz'orror: the MP gain when the Protoz'orror is placed on a glyph is correctly removed if the Protoz'orror is placed on the same glyph again. The effect no longer abnormally stacks.

QUESTS:

  • Gromeo and Julie quest: the Catmint is now sold by Seria, the Astrub florist, for 1,000 kamas. A text conveying that information will be added in the Ecafip temple master dialog in a future update.
  • The King Beldarion NPC no longer blocks the validation of the "The Order of Things" Achievements for rank 4 members of the Order of the Sharp Eye.
  • The number of cases for which the Nikos Monot NPC offers tickets to the Isle O'Antitch is increased. This modification fixes the issue of some characters who no longer obtain new tickets despite having on-going quests requiring them to go there.
  • It is no longer possible to craft some quest items without the necessary tool using cooperative crafting.

VETERAN REWARDS:

  • Items of the Veteran Rewards type now have a criteria to be equipped or used (like the emote scrolls) that matches the required experience to obtain them. This modification doesn't yet prevent equipping them on accounts that do not have the required experience. A patch (which effects will be applied retroactively) will be uploaded at the start of the year 2016 to prevent accounts that do not have the required experience from using the items. These modifications are aimed at characters that will benefit from the account-to-account character transfer service. We do not want accounts from a same owner to enjoy rewards such as the Veteran Rewards that they wouldn't have unlocked via their accumulated subscription length.

PROFESSIONS:

  • Cooperative crafting is available again for crafting items that do not require a specific profession.
  • The cooperative crafting interface no longer displays the customer twice (the craftsman could be visually replaced by the customer, who was then displayed twice).

MISCELLANEOUS:

  • In the shop, the list detailing the contents of a pack is correct when the pack offers other elements than items.

KING NIDAS:

  • The Pouch now has a dedicated behaviour: it follows its summoner.
  • The MP bonus granted when the Pouch is on the monsters' side is now applied each time it begins its turn: it will give 2 MPs for 1 turn to all its allies at the start of its turn.
  • The damage reduction granted to allies when a Pouch is on the monsters' side is now only applied to King Nidas.
  • The Invulnerability granted when the Pouch changes sides now works correctly (it used to be removed when the Pouch would dire, and as such never really applied).

FIGHTS:

  • Damages from bomb walls are correctly displayed in the fight log when they are triggered by invisible characters.
  • Traps triggered by invisible characters are correctly removed (they could abnormally stay visible even though they couldn't be triggered anymore).

QUESTS:

  • Interacting with the Primordial Cauldron no longer blocks the character progression in the Salad Days Revisited quest.

  • Great Yosh: the stacking limit is now 2

The Sufokian Abyss

Dive below the surface of this underwater expansion and find 3 brand new dungeons, each populated with their own new family of monsters. Aimed at characters level 190 and over, you will need to use all of your fighting ability in this new area if you don't intend to finish your days as Tritun food...

Three depth levels are within your grasp and begging to be explored; new quests, wanted posters to catch, hidden treasure, and even very particular monsters to hunt and kill.

Lastly, meet Seemyool, a new breed of underwater mount that only wants to be tamed; not unlike Dragoturkeys, you'll be able to catch them, breed them, and make them grow in order to unlock new characteristics.

Harnesses

A new way to customize your mounts is here; harnesses are equipped to your Dragoturkey or Seemyool and customize their appearance without altering their original characteristics. Let your style be heard!

Experience rebalancing

The amount of experience needed to go from level 199 to level 200 is halved; you can find more information about that in the appropriate Devblog article.

Osamodas revamp

Thanks to an in-depth revamp of the class, a brand new gameplay mechanic awaits the Osamodas. Their ability to fusion with summons lets them (among other things) create new entities, each associated with an elemental path, and thus exploiting to their fullest Fire, Air, and Earth.
One of the major requests from the summoners is also implemented: thanks to a special spell, the Osamodas is now able to assume control of a summon for one turn.

Find all the juicy details of the Osamodas revamp in the appropriate Devblog article.

Cania revamp

The talent of the graphical teams has been challenged yet again: enter new monster families based on Bworks, Boars and Trools, as well as new maps, updated by our team of seasoned level designers. The result? A vast landscape, yours to explore (again)!

Graphic revamp and 16:9

With Update 2.36, the level designers are increasing your perspective; from now on, your client launches automatically in the 16:9 aspect ratio in order to offer an even more immersive gaming experience.

Find out how the project was developed in the appropriate Devblog article.

Interface revamp - part 1

Little bit of something new from the interfaces: all of them have been graphically redone in order to offer a more user-friendly experience. Thanks to your precious contribution to the project in the DOFUS Lab, said project was able to progress in the right direction and you can now make use of better, more modern and ergonomic interfaces.
Nonetheless, the work is far from being done and the new interfaces will keep being reconstructed in the coming months thanks to you and your expert use!

Find out all the stages of the project and the thoughts of the UX Design team in the appropriate Devblog article.

Three elemental paths have also been reworked: Air, Fire, and Water; spells have been redone so that each path could have a full panel of spells.

Nimaltopia

This island, rich with the glory of nature, is a pristine animal reserve tended by Mishell, the daughter of Osamodas. Mishell cares for all of the fauna on the island with such dedication and sweetness that even the carnivores have given up eating their fellow critters.

Unfortunately, poachers are not so easily tamed, and recently, an entire poaching enterprise has set up camp on Nimaltopia. Mishell is calling on adventurers level 180 or higher to come rid her paradise of these environmental wrecking crews!

Shield Revamp

Shields were originally created as a feature for PvP combat, but with the face of PvP changing, thanks to the Kolossium and Alliances, we’ve decided to make them useful for a wider array of players.

This update, we will remove all PvP-only bonuses from shields and replace them with bonuses that will be useful in all types of combat. Some shields will have large bonuses that are balanced with significant debuffs and some will have new effects that could greatly impact how certain characters are played. It will also be possible to use smithmagic to modify the stats of shields.

For more information on these changes, please visit the devblog and read all about it.

Kolossium 1v1

We have created a new mode for the Kolossium system that will allow players to find 1v1 fights anywhere, any time!

Yes, it’s thanks to the interserver Kolossium system that we can finally offer this new combat mode, as we are now confident that there will be enough demand to support both 1v1 and 3v3 battles. This new mode includes a new ranking system that will allow us to track overall wins class-by-class, so if one class has a particular strength against another class, we can search for balanced fights that will offer a challenge for the stronger class and an equal chance for the weaker class.

For more information on this new game mode, please visit the devblog and read all about it.

Quest Tracking

Last but not least, to keep track of your all your quests and, more importantly, your quest objectives, we've added a new feature: the Quest Tracking interface!

Using this interface, you'll easily be able to track the progress of your ongoing quests and their objectives!

For more information on this new feature, please visit the devblog and read all about it.

Sidimote Revamp

The look, feel, arrangement, level, and content of Sidimote have been completely reworked with Update 2.42. New monster families are making their grand entrance, as well as two new Dungeons, the Magik Riktus Big Top (level 90), and Forfut Manor (level 200). The bravest of explorers will be able to roam more than 600 maps, entirely redone from floor to roof, giving you a more coherent and immersive area.

Balancing the End Game content

No less than 17 endgame dungeons have been modified for this Update, their difficulty scaled down, the possibility for you to understand how to beat them scaled up. But beware! Don't expect the most difficult dungeons to suddenly become a walk in the park!

These modifications offer those of you who hit a brick/mortar/stone/steel/ice/moss/tree bark (delete as appropriate) wall within these dungeons a chance to approach these challenges in a new, slightly more serene way.

For more information about that, a dedicated Devblog is available here for your reading pleasure.

The quest for the Ivory Dofus

The 5th Primordial Dofus is joining the fray. Meriana the witch is awaiting the adventurers who are sufficiently experienced (character level 180 minimum) to tell them about the Ivory Dofus. The road will be long and arduous, but each trial you overcome during your journey will contribute to prove to Dardondakal that you are a fit guardian for his precious Dofus. The new series of quests that will allow you to get your hands on the Ivory Dofus will require you to have finished other series of quests in order to get all the way to the end.

Alignment Quests

The 2.43 Update also sees the release of the alignment quests 91 to 100 for Bonta and Brakmar, thereby finishing these series. They are aimed at characters level 190 and more, and come complete with new quests that will allow you to reach the highest rank in the Orders of both cities. Ten new wanted posters, as well as new titles, ornaments, and sets are waiting for you.

Ilyzaelle and the barracks of the Day Without End

A new area is available on Frigost island, starting at the foot of Count Harebourg's castle walls. These are the old summer living quarters of the Count Harebourg, annexed by the Day Without End guard. It is infested with Soul-Blazes, monsters that escaped Externam via a fault between the worlds. A new dungeon aimed at characters level 190-200 is available in this area: Ilyzaelle's Lookout. Ilyzaelle is a guardian of the light tasked with controlling the Soul-Blazes that live within this area. You will be able to craft two new sets as well as 4 new weapons using the resources from this dungeon.
